Robertsport Community Works and the Ocean Conservancy invite you to the 24th InternationalCleanup Coastal , where we'll join over efforts in over 100 countries to clean up trash from our world's waterways and ocean.The cleanup will take place on Saturday, 12 September at 9:00 AM at Robertsport Community Campsite. We'll meet under the cotton tree at the campsite (next to Nana's Lodge) to organize into teams. Gloves and bags will be handed out, and after the cleanup lunch for community members will be provided.
The September cleanup will be the beginning of a monthly beach cleanup led by Robertsport Community Works and sponsored by Nana's Lodge and private donations. The beach cleanups are part of an effort to support the biodiversity and ecological integrity of Liberia’s coasts, as well as enhance tourism opportunities for the Robertsport community.
